This is a regular upright rack production line, which can produce fixed size upright with high efficiency and high quality.
Hydraulic decoiler
Given the thickness of the steel coil, we recommend the utilization of a hydraulic decoiler for efficient uncoiling. A press arm is set on the steel coil to prevent sudden unwinding. The entire decoiling process is powered by a hydraulic station, ensuring the coil remains securely in place to prevent any mishaps.
Leveler
The leveler can remove the uneven part of the steel coil, improve the flatness and parallelism of the steel coil, so as to improve the quality of the steel coil. Steel coils typically come with a thickness of 2-3mm, making a leveling machine essential. Standard leveling machines consist of 2 upper rollers and 3 lower rollers. However, to meet the specific leveling requirements based on the actual thickness, we have configured a leveling machine with 3 upper rollers and 4 lower rollers.
Servo feeder
Since the hydraulic punch itself doesn't provide the force to advance the steel coil, we have equipped a servo feeder to feed the steel coil into the punch machine. Additionally, the servo feeder is fitted with an encoder device that converts length into an electrical signal, allowing the feeder to accurately control the distance the steel coil advances. This ensures precise punching.
Hydraulic punch
At this stage, we can punch holes on the steel coil using the punch machine, guided by the punching drawings to determine the punch dies and molds. Ultimately, these holes will appear at the bottom and high sides of the upright rack after roll forming. The hydraulic punch is a cost-effective option. However, for higher production speeds, a punch press is needed.
Guiding
Each machine in the production line must be carefully positioned to keep the steel coils aligned along the center line, to ensure that the upright rack is not deformed, and also to protect the machines. Therefore, simple guiding part plays a pivotal role. Multiple guiding rollers are strategically placed throughout the line to achieve this critical function.
Roll former
Taking into consideration the thickness of the steel coil, we recommend employing an integrated cast-iron structure and gearbox driving system. This ensures the stability and efficient operation of the roll forming machine. Customization of motors throughout the production line is available, as we prioritize clear communication with our clients to guarantee optimal machine performance.
Flying hydraulic cutting
Through the PLC control cabinet, customers can input the desired cutting length on the PLC screen, and the cutting machine will accurately cut. Moreover, the "flying cutting" means that the machine doesn't stop when cutting, enhancing production speed.

A: 80 days to 100 days depends on your drawing.
4. Q: What is your machine speed?
A: Machine’s working speed depends on drawing specially punch drawing. Normally forming speed is around 20m/min. In addition, considering the complicated punch holes, we recommend that you use a separate punch line to increase production speed, and it’s more cost-effective
